「次回の旅行でもぜひ利用したいです！」

空港から6002のリムジンバスに乗って、弘大入口で下車したらすぐに見えるカカオフレンズの横のビルになるので、とにかく便利！弘大エリアのど真ん中なので、買い物にもクラブ通りにも歩いていける距離です。1階には24時間のコンビニとカフェが併設されているので、それもとても助かりました！部屋は写真通りで清潔で家具やインテリアもシンプルでオシャレでした！部屋のフレグランスがとてもいい香りだったのも印象的です！今回は6人で滞在しましたが、全員がスーツケースを広げても大丈夫なくらいの広さで、ソファとテーブルもあり部屋で過ごすのも快適でした！韓国は、ユニットバスが多かった印象ですが、セパレートでアメニティーも揃ってて良かったです！ wifi接続が悪かったんですが、オーナーさんに相談したらすぐに対応してくれましたし、最終日11：00チェックインだったんですがバスの時間まで荷物預かって欲しいと相談したらこちらも快く対応していただけて助かりました！

良くなかったほどではないですが、バスタオルとフェイスタオルがそれぞれ4枚ずつありましたが、6人で泊まったので最初に多めに準備があったらとても良かったです！でも、オーナーさんに事前に相談すれば対応してくれたと思います！最後に、他の宿泊施設を利用させてもらったときもそうだったので、ここだけではないと思いますが、深夜帯にシャワーを使うと時間帯でお湯が出なかったので、確認した方がいいと思います！

「とても便利な場所でした！」

とても便利な場所でした！

細やかな掃除が出来ておらず埃など気になりました。また、ベッドシーツがしわくちゃすぎて始めは掃除してないの？と思ってしまいました。前の使用した人の忘れ物もそのままでした。2日に一度掃除をして下さるそうですがゴミ箱のゴミだけを持って行ってたくらいでした。また、ホテルではなく個人で借りてる部屋を個人で貸してる感じなのでフロントもなく部屋の鍵も番号を入力するタイプでしたので一回づつ変更してないのなら怖いなと感じました。

Perfect location

Location was brilliant! Single direct metro line from the airport, and you can access the apartment building directly from the subway station - very handy if you have luggage. The area itself was very lively and fun, lots of bars, cafes, restaurants and street performers. A portable WiFi dongle was provided so we had internet access wherever we went without having to buy a local sim or data package - very useful.

The host was very welcoming and warm - even ordering fried chicken for us for free! And answering in the most timely manner the various queries we had at random times (like if there were towels provided - they are!) and about some small accidents/incidents we had in the place. There was also much effort taken to help to accommodate not just ours but the next guest's late or early check-ins and check-outs.

Good location, clean house, comfort bed!

The room is clean, bed is super comfort. The kitchen have all appliance. The subway just at B2, we can go to subway from our building directly. Location is excellent, excatly in downtown, many shops, restaurant around there, even open until late night!

as the weather is very cold, the water is not enough hot for bathing....

Good location. Building connect Hongik Unv. Station. Good place for transportation, hang out and shopping around. Facilities and room space are proper and comfortable. Staff and host are helpful.

The owner/manager was very responsive. They communicated weeks and days leading up to our stay. Instructions (along with video) were provided which helped immensely. Even during our 5-day stay, the manager was very responsive.

Facilities in the room are great. The host is very kind I can keep my luggage in the room before I check-in. The kitchen room is so great for traveling with family.

This review will help you. I stayed in this hotel on business trip. In fact, I really worried, because there was door lock security, check-in method problem which was in this room review. However, the host and manager told me that "We were changed to updating the door lock password every time". When i arrived (early), I saw to changed the door lock password before check-in time. Also, check-in manual videos like the owner made it really easy to find this room. I think the host is working for guest convenience. I recommend this room.

Everything was great. It was very close to Hongdae street! There was the street performance like busking every day, so I can hear music inside the room. It was stopped after 10 pm. So if you are sensitive to noise, you should keep in mind before you make a reservation.

Amazing staying experience

The location of the room is in hongdae, best place to stay with a lot of amazing restaurant and street food, the access of the public trasnportation is superb convenient, straight to the airport and many famous spot like myeongdong, dongdaemun, gangnam without transfer. The room is very clean and spacious, equipped with dry kitchen and washing machine. it is so comfortable and will definitely recommend it for family trip. will stay in this room again. Wifi egg is provided, very convenient

A comfortable stay at Willow House Hongdae

Hongdae, a very exciting and busy area to stay with many young people around. Shops and restaurants close very late and even some restaurants are 24hrs. The location is right at Exit 9 of Hongik University Station and if your departure flight is late, you could store your luggage at lockers or the storage shops which is at B2 of that same building which connects to the train station. The studio is easy to access and in a safe area even though anyone one could access to that building. Adapators and a portable wifi egg was included but I did not know in advance or else I would not need to rent one for this trip. The studio is self contained and has everything you need and we will surely come back next time to this area.

Just minor things....It would be more helpful if the host had sent me the list of important things to note before arrival and not sending messages on the day before our departure e.g. about how to handle the big portable heater in the room, non smoking rules and the use of the wifi egg and cleaning service. As we stayed on the 10th floor and faced the busy side of Hongdae area, our room was rather noisy from day till 1 or 2 am on Fridays and Saturdays due to the music for the nearby clubs but it didn't quite bother us. 4 towels were supplied but were hand towels instead of bath towels. We had to buy our own on the next day. I would like to suggest to the host that the sudio needs some immediate upgrading especially the celing lights which had lost it's cover and the bathroom looked very old and dark, it could be easily be refeshened and upgraded to match the nice and cozy apartment.
